Old chips with 2020expiry date

On the 11.11.2019 I bought 2 packets of Cheese naks @ Spar Kennilworth. Its one of my favourite chips. While driving home we were eating the chips in the car, only to find out the crisp is old, its dry it was pathetic on a person’s mouth, to grown it all the expiry date is 10.02.2020 like seriously when was this chips made? This was very disappointing as I love Cheesenaks and when you grave for something to be this disappointed it just puts you off.
