No reply to email

I sent an email to Simba about poor quality products, and to this day have not received any feedback whatsoever... Here under the email I sent them:

"My son only eats Lays chips, and the Caribbean Onion & Balsamic Vinegar Flavour is his favourite. Unfortunately when he bought another pack a few days ago, the chips inside was really old. Now I’m not normally one to complain about old chips, sometimes I can taste it’s a bit old, but so what. However, these chips was so awful old, there was absolutely no crunch to it at all, it’s texture was like soggy soaked chips almost. I feel I need to bring this under your attention – I used to work in retail, and this was the worst pack of chips I have ever seen.

The sell by date on the pack is 13 Feb 2018, and it was bought at a local shop in Worcester West, Worcester, Western Cape.
