No feedback or resolution

On 15-11-2015 I found a stone in packet of Simba peanuts I bought from Pick n Pay. I laid a complaint with Simba and they collected the sample,but to this day, I've been calling them no one knows what's happening. Stories after stories. I'm really not happy with their service. How r they making sure no other stones get in their product?
