NO FEEDBACK FROM SIMBA OR LAYS

I have sent several emails and complaints to simba regarding a few spring onion lays chips that i have bought that had no flavor what so ever. to date we still have the chips and i have been asking simba to collect it and taste it for themselves. firstly lays chips is not cheap, secondly its money wasted as i bought the big packets and only to find out there is no taste, as i have mentioned before, lays lightly salted has flavour compared to the chips we have. i am not sure if this was a batch that went wrong, to date we have not received any feedback nor a phone call to apologize. no customer or money spent is to big or to small to get the attention of a company. at the end of the day, i am still a customer that supports SIMBA as well as LAYS Brand. #WIN
