No feedback

I bought Simba Lays Cheese Gratin which had no flavour i had paid R18.00 which cost more then the normal chips. I had reported this on the 14 November 2017 and which till today i have recieved no feedback. This is unacceptable as i had even called the call centre with a Ref 17-11-1151 and was told i will recieve some response which till today nothing.
