No customer care

I have been trying to get a response from Simba regarding a complaint I have regarding their bulk Nik Naks (50 x 20 g ) . I buy these big packets from PnP hypermarket , fairy Glen. 30% of the small packets are stale . I am a pensioner and truly count my pennies and not satisfied with the quality . What upset me most , as that I get no response from them . I have emailed by complaint to the email given on the packet .. No response . I looked up their customer care email on line . Sent the complaint and no response .
