No correspondence

I purchased a big bag of niknaks with the small packets in it. One of the packets was sealed with basically nothing inside. I contacted Simba on the 31 May via e-mail and provided all the details. I received a call to say there is correspondence in the mail. I followed up about 7 times and all they do is just call back and say sorry and I must wait for the correspondence of which they posted twice already. Third time they said they will then hand deliver within this week but no-one came. It's 2 months already and still this problem. With every call received I get a difference number.
