Nik Naks 20g

We run a small tuck-shop at work for our workers because our company is not close to any shops. They love the Nik Naks Cheese 20g but the past 2 months every bags has got something wrong. The first bag has about 10x2g packets that was not sealed and the bag I just bought has 1x20g empty packed. It's sealed and everything but no content. I have complained about this before but got now responds.
