NEVER win OR DON'T win OR YOU WONT WIN!

I recently bought myself 2 x packets of 36g Simba potato chips. 1 x R8.00 Cheese and onion flavor and 1 x R8.00 Mrs ***** Chutney flavor.

On the font of the pack it reads "YOU COULD WIN YOUR SHARE OR R1 MILLION IN AIRTIME see back of pack for details" which I did. So on the back of the pack it has a black and white label with print on it saying the following "CAREFULLY RAISE THIS SEAL TO REVEAL YOUR UNIQUE CODE INSIDE THIS PACK" and like it says, i did that carefully however, after doing that with both pack of chips NOT 1 of the numbers were visible on both packs.

I then sent 2 emails through to their customer support ********** with hope that I would get a response after sending them a detailed mail explaining what I have just typed out above BUT still no response.

I just feel that this is a simple competition where I could win some airtime but after spending R16.00 on the chips (that i wont be refunded for) and not getting the opportunity of even entering the competition (didn't even get a code). What is the point of supporting a brand that cant even ensure their supporters are satisfied with their service.
