Lays Sweet And Smokey American BBQ Chips

I would like to bring a quality concern to your attention regarding the Lays Sweet & Smokey American BBQ flavored chips.

This is the third time in two weeks that we have purchased this specific flavor, and each time the chips had almost no flavor and were very oily, which is very disappointing. The most recent packet (pictured) was bought on Saturday, and it had the same issue.

We enjoy this flavor and regularly purchase it, so it’s concerning that the quality has been consistently poor lately.

I would appreciate your feedback on this matter and would like to know how you will be resolving this issue.
