LAYS PRODUCT - NO FLAVOUR, NO FEEDBACK FROM SIMBA YET EXPENSIVE PRODUCT TO BUY

I have sent several complaints on the Simba complaints site regarding they lay spring onion chips that i have bought. i had a function and bought a whole lot of these chips, only to find out from my guest that they chips has no flavour what so ever. even lightly salted has flavour. the chips is basically and taste like it was just fried and forgot to add any flavour, i would like simba to collect the chips so they can taste it themselves. to date i have not received any feedback,

we try and support and spend alot of money on SIMBA brands and clearly they do not care when negative feedback is given, its been 3 weeks now with no feedback.
