Lays or not?

My issue started 17 May 2022 I purchased a Lays Thai Sweet Chilli but the content looked like crinkle cut Simba. The grammage 125g and there was no BB or manufactured date. I called Simba, I sent pictures and almost 3 weeks later I get a R30 Simba voucher. The content was unknown. I don't know if it was even Simba chips.....am I missing something? Obviously the situation was more serious to me than them. My complaint was clear that I bought the item from Pick and Pay. I get a lady calling me to to say that they experiencing issues with a store name Shukran or something and they packaging their own chips....Seriously!!!! The highlight for me was the customer service agent stating the R30 was more that the cost of the one pack chips since I said I paid R11.99. I mean is she living under a rock???? Lays at R11.99 is a complete joke. I asked for the recording of the conversation and almost 2 weeks later I have been completely ignored. Facebook,Whatsapps nothing just ignored for a complaint that was seriously to me and not to others.
