Lays burnt chips

Hi I bought a packet of Salter late chips but when I opened the packet all I found was burnt chips. I think I ate round 10 chips the rest were burnt. I emailed them and still no response up to date. Its now been 2 weeks after forwarding numerous emails to there client services. Not good service at all....
