Lay's- a bag filled of air or burnt chips

Bought Lay's lightly salted and spring onion. Firstly you pay for whole alot of air, literally they have more in the packet than chips. Both packet of chips had issue. One was burnt and the other was soaked in oil. Made a complaint two weeks ago, they haven't even looked into the issue. Such poor and unprofessional from a huge brand. I would advise people to rather support Frimax theh are cheaper and have such better quality. Simba makes poor quality chips and they are so expensive. The product is inferior and the standards are poor. Especially Lay's, it unfair that a company can produce such poor and unhealthy products and rob people for their money and do nothing when the issue is reported. They are behaving like a low class company hiding from taking accountability for their product. Two weeks and still no response that's ****************. Simba does not roar it keeps quite.
