lack of customer services and failr to full fill their promises

good day i would like to inquire as I bought simba lays flavour of sweet chilli as they were very salty and I even asked my colleague to taste as well and they were not satisfied as well and i did make a complain to their customer service as was given a ref no:15-09-1049 and i did also ask them to come and collect the chips to be taken to their lap as was not satisfied and even now am still waiting the postage letter as they said i will receive it within 14 working days which am still waiting for it since from march 2016 as am the fan of simba but now am having doubts
