Its been months and i have not received my vouchers

I purchased a good few bags of fritos and doritos and and i had a problem whereby the chips bag was fill of air and less of chips that wasnvery upsetting to see. I spoke to a consultant she said she was goingto send me a voucher for the 4 bags of chips but i have not yet received any vouchers what pathetic service is this
