Issue not resolved

I bought strips of cheese naks for my son for school and Guess what they were expired and my child had eaten it at school but he complain when I packed for him the following day at school I decided to check the date and expired,the whole packet of strips are stuck in my cupboard,I`m addressing this issue to your company because I was informed at Pick n Pay that the fault is with the merchandiser and I will get feedback on Monday and still have not received feedback,I sent you emails as well with no response,I had this experience with Simba in 2019 with a whole box of Simba chips I had bought at 1UP Cash & Carry for my children for the whole month and guess what I was compensated with a R40 Simba voucher having the same problem again. Pleas assist.
