Incomplete Niknaks Baler (45x20g Instead of 50x20g)

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue we encountered with one of the balers of Niknaks (50x20g) we purchased from Devland Hyper Cape Town.

Out of the four balers, one contained only 45 packets of 20g each, instead of the advertised 50 packets.

Unfortunately, this discrepancy caused a significant inconvenience. We had a commitment to fulfil, which required the full quantity, and due to this shortage, we were unable to meet our obligation. As a result, we lost out on a business opportunity. We have attached a copy of the receipt from Devland, along with an image of the barcode and the packaging shortfall for your reference.

We trust this was an isolated incident, but it has nonetheless caused us to reconsider our future purchases. We request that you investigate this matter and provide us with a solution to rectify the situation.
