Goods damages, Simba not interested

On 06 May I sent Simba en e-mail informing them that I had a problem with Nik Nak packets not sealed properly. It is from the 50 in a bag with barcode ***. The 20g pakcet barcode is ***, packer number 14. I asked how this passed quality control and if they are an ISO company. On the 8 May received a call from I think her name is Seeranlancia. Told me that I would get feedback in 7 - 14 days (By the 22 May) Ref 15-05-776 <br> <br> I have not been contacted. I have sent 15 e-mails, no reply. What pathetic service !!!
