Good day I bought a R10 packet of simba chips

Good day I bought a R10 packet of simba chips. The flavour was not at all what the packet said. Sent them an email on the 14th of June, got a reply from them, on the 15th, asking for my contact number. This was so a representative could phone me regarding the above mentioned matter. I sent another email on the 17th of this month and as yet to receive any further feedback from them. This is utterly poor service from such a big company. I will not suggest their products or services to anyone else. There are many other different types of snacks and chips on the market that offer a better product and I am sure better customer service.
