Glass in Simba chips

I am absolutely horrified at my discovery. I was sharing a packet of Tomato Simba Chips with my daughter when I bit into a bit of glass! This is absolutely unacceptable what scares me most is that it could have been my daughter instead of me.<br> <br> This is a disgrace Simba I would hate to think what else lies in a simple packet of chips.
