Foreign Objects

My girlfriend while she was eating her Smoked beef she found some foreign objects that have mud, we immediately called Simba and they requested to come collect their pack from my work place, a guy came came with a motor bike to collect the pack and said they will be taking the pack to the lab to find out what might be the foreign object, i waited for 2 months for feedback until i called them and i was advised by a consultant that a voucher was sent to me but till today i haven't received that voucher, what if my girlfriend was in hospital because of that foreign object a huge company like them they behave as if they don't care about humans hey.
