Flavorless Crisps

So I bought a pack of 120g Lays Spring onion and cheese Potato chips from a big retail brand in Parow. I got home and discovered thar the chips had little to no flavor at all. I had sent an email to pepsico consumer email address regarding this but have had no response. Lays is my favorite chips, it would be a shame to give it up with a lasting flavorless memory
