Faulty product and incorrect info printed on packaging

Bought a packet of niknaks Which was completely empty Not even a single kernel in, could feel before I even opened when wanting to eat it cuz I bought about ten so didn't check when chucking into trolley Sent to address on niknaks bag Was sent beck by post office no collection from simba Sent an email to email on niknaks bag Email came back as incorect & I double checked I mean come on with your faulty products and info on your packaging
