Faults adverting and lack of Customer Care

<p>We buy like almost R150 worth of Chips every month, I notice that There's a competition for 6million in airtime! So I thought what the hell let me try it. Firstly I must say to get the unique code is a mission! Packing should of rather of printed it in the packet. </p> <p>When you follow all the steps it then tells you error! Unknown network! </p> <p>I tried calling the call center and spoke to Michelle who asked me for all my details and while talking to her the call cut. I called back and the second person didn't even want to say her name just took my number and told me that she will get Michelle to call me back, which never happened!</p> <p>i must say this is really Poor Service, Marketing and Customer Care from them!</p> <p>seem like they only in for the money!!!!</p> <p>think I'll be buying from someone else from now on.!!</p> <p> </p>
