More then a month ago I send an email to Simba's customer care about a packet of extremely salty Doritos I bought from a vendor, as this crisps were not their normal taste as the salty content was so high that i got headaches shortly afterwards and I didnt finish the packet, I left it on my Desk. I even notified them the same day.

I even went as far as taking images of the batch number and a close up of the crisps. I then received a call from a lady and she inquired and I asked me to provide the batch number which I provided. She tehn told me to get rid of the packet however I kept if for atleast another week. I then was informed that I will receive something in the post in two weeks time approximately.

It has been well over two weeks now and nothing has arrived in the post and this has a very displeasing taste of customer service I might add. I now no longer buy doritos and stick to a different brand of crisps. I a m not saying that Simba's doritos brand is bad but after all this it is best. I know the money I spend to buy crisps does not at all effect them but just wanted to share my experience.

It is fine no one from Simba needs to call me.
