Expired product Simba chips

Dear Manager I feel compelled to let you know about an issue I've faced while shopping at your Game Menlyn mall. While the store is clean, the clerks are polite, and the selection is abundant, one problem stands out: expired product. I have come home from shopping at the store to find that the products I've purchased had already reached or surpassed their prime. We could debate opinions on "sell by/best by" dates, or discuss food waste, but honestly, I just don't want to pay for expired foods. I appreciate your managers' recent willingness to return or exchange expired items, but this is inconvenient and not time well spent. While I make every effort to check dates, especially on dairy products, I sometimes forget. It should not be on me to make sure that the food you're selling is fresh. Please address this matter
