Doritos Crumb

My whole family always is the big fan of Simba chips. With two young kids, we particularly only purchase chips from Simba brand due to its superior quality and delicious flavor. We consume at least one or two package of Simba chips with 125g and Simba never make us disappointed until last Wednesday.

On 29th of November 2017, last Wednesday, as usual i went to nearby Spar (Karaglen Spar) bought a pack of Doritos, a party pack. When i got home, i opened package before hand over to my kids, i discovered that the whole package was fulfilled with small crumbs only. There is no even one piece of a big full piece chips (see attached photo).

For many years this was our first time bad experience from Simba chips. As one of the leading food brand in South Africa, this incidence makes us feel disappointed and we started to doubt about the quality of Simba.

I hope Simba will pay attention for this report and improve its quality and distribution service in order to delivery best quality food to consumers as before.
