Dissatisfied customer

I have sent through a complaint to the customer care email, however have not received any feedback from them.I made a purchase on the 19th of October 2019 at a Cleo's Pick n Pay;that is besides the point. To my disappoint and surprise the chips visually appeared stale; shows small black particles around-inside the chips.To verify my speculations, I smelt and tasted the chips;they were rancid. I had to check the expiry date too(17 January 2020),fortunately they are still within the safe consumption period,but that is irrelevant.I have been left puzzled and dissatisfied by this encounter.I included images as proof in the email but still its been almost three days and no update and apology from Simba.
