Dissapointed

So every week we buy simba nik naks for my kids for school but this time around i was dissapointed in the stale chips we received from the packs. I have picked up that majority of the packs are stale and this is unacceptable.

i would appreciate if you could look into this as the expiry date on this is only the 3 December 2022.
