Disgusting sevice Simba:(

I am so disappointed in Simba's Customer Care. I logged a complaint with them o 20 December 2023 regarding a packet of Doritos chips which I bought at the Engine garage in Kranskop on 6 December 2023.

The chips were unflavored and therefore not edible. I was requested to send pictures of the chips, the expiry date as well as the batch number, which I did. To date, I have not had any update from them. My emails are no longer responded to. Needles to say, I have not bought any of Simba's products since then and do not intend to in the future.
