Disappointing stale chips - Simba

Lack of response Simba..I must say I'm very dissapointed with one of your products! <br> <br> I bought a packet and I really feel I wasted my money instead of roaring with flavour the chips were very stale and the worst part s that these chips have an expiry date of Jan 2016 so how is possible that chips that have not expired taste like this?<br> <br> Please assist me in understating how it is possible that I get stale flavour which has made me sick to my stomach! Why can't I atleast get quality for my money.
