Disappointed in Simba

I purchased a bag of nik naks 50 x 20g maize snack from a shop in Despatch, 6220 named CCN Sweetviews Wholesale on the 29th of May 2024.

When I got home as I opened the bag I only counted 37 packets the bag was 13 packets short and I'm very unhappy with this as I didn't get the right quantity what I paid for. I checked there was no opening or anything, the bag was sealed the way it came from the factory.
