Disappointed customer

In December I held a Christmas run for 78 children I bought 2 bales of nik naks 40x125g for party packs 10 packs of chips was below quarter the packet took pics and tried to email simba the email on packets doesn't work ,eventually I got through to customer service took my complaint told me to whatsapp pics which I did on 14 Jan this was the day I spoke to them til today I got no response he also told me about a email I can use which I sent a email and no response at all is this the was to treat us customers we paid for products which we are not given due to the quality check that's not done properly
