Defect on Simba Chips

Good day I complaint to Simba in October 2020 about a certain packet of chips that had defects and they promised to send me a voucher. I have been waiting for it since then and nothing. I wish I had took this matter seriously and show what I saw. Compliant # 20-10-284 Thanks
