Completely empty packet

<p>To whom this concerns</p> <p><br />I would like to inform you that we have purchased a packet of lays Thai sweet chilli crisp.However the packet of crisp is completely empty. I'm extremely disappointed in how a well known company can make such a mistake as to sell the buyers and empty packet with the only contents being air.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really pathetic </p> <p><br />R.Essop</p> <p> </p>
