Complaint Regarding Contaminated Simba Chips Packet

Dear Simba Chips Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent purchase of Simba Chips. On the 23rd of February 2025, I bought a 120g packet of Beef Simba Chips (2 packets one was cheddar no issues with this)from Knowles Spar. Upon opening the packet, I discovered that it contained a spider and spider webs. What is even more concerning is that this packet was consumed by both my 2-year-old and 14-year-old children before I noticed the contamination. This is not only upsetting but also raises serious concerns about the quality control and safety measures in place during the production and packaging of your products. Attached is the pics and receipt. The chips are on hand for collection by your rep or whosoever to investigate. As this is such a scare to us and alarming if any health issues arise due to this. As a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed by this experience, and I am seeking a prompt resolution. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter thoroughly and inform me about the steps you plan to take to ensure that such an incident does not happen again in the future.
