Complaint: Empty bag of Lay's Mexican Mango Chilli Salsa (Batch Details Included)

Also kindly check your email Dear Simba Customer Care Team, I am writing to you as a loyal fan of Lay's, but I am incredibly disappointed with a purchase I made today. I bought two small bags of the Lay's Mexican Mango Chilli Salsa flavour. While the first bag was perfectly fine, the second bag is completely empty except for what feels like only two loose chips inside, despite being fully sealed and puffed up with air. I was really looking forward to a lekker snack, so this was a massive letdown. To help you trace the issue, I have attached photos of the product and provided the batch details below:
