COMPLAINT

I purchased snacks from Shoprite Checkers in Chatsworth Centre. It had not expired but was absolutely stale. It was such an embarrassment for me when I offered these stale snacks to my visitors from USA. I lodged a complaint with Simba a month ago, got a call from 1 of their consultants and that was the end of it. No more communication from them. Being the foll I am, I purchased more Simba snacks and opened 1 last night. It was disgusting. Please do not purchase Simba products - they sell stale stuff yet put on future expiry dates. As for their customer care, rather take it as non-existant. From: a disgruntled customer.
