Chips? NO!! CRUMBS

I recently complained to Simba about the quality of Lays chips. Virtually every packet I have bought in the last year were reduced to mere crumbs. They however do not respond to my complaint at all. Here is what I sent them: Good day, Why on earth do you call the stuff you sell “chips”. I bought a packet of Lays sour cream and onion flavour chips from my local Spar (Rant en Dal) and emptied the packet into a bowl for my guests yesterday afternoon. There were very few chips, but a whole bowl of crumbs!! See attached photograph.

I have in the past complained to Spar about the matter and they informed me that it is your own staff who pack it in the shelves! Don’t you train them? Or is it your factory that destroys the stuff before they get it?

On top of it all you have the cheek to say the following about Lays on your website: Only the best quality potatoes are selected for Lay's. That is so far from the truth it is not even funny!
