Chips drenched in oil

One star is to much of a rating, I've been try to get a hold of simba by sending them numerous emails and sadly nobody has reached out to me regarding they chips drenched in oil it is absolutely upsetting it's as if a customer don't matter. I kindly ask for simba to contact me urgently!
