I am very shocked and disgusted with the approach from Simba. I located a foreign object in 1 of the Nuts Packets that I purchased from Pnp Greenstone, and decided to report the incident to Simba with the Hope that they will take the matter serious as this could have had serious repercussions if this was consumed by myself or my child as we dint know what it was. After lodging the complaint on the Simba email address. I was contacted for the object to be collected and sent through for testing, it was unfortunate that the **** was cleaning and disposed the original packaging. After Simba received the object, they called me and requested the original packaging, I have notified them that it was thrown away but have the original Till Slips and the information regarding the Batch details can be obtained from the store. The response from Simba was, “oh Sorry we can’t do anything without the packaging’’ and cut the call. I was so surprised that a company like Simba operates like that and I am now under the impression that they arranged for the object to be collected so that I will have no evidence relating to this. They used this process to collect and avoid legal action against them if this object was poisonous or could have been harmful if consumed. I will never Support this company again and request that consumers be very alert when purchasing a Simba Product – They don’t care a Damn what is in their products and the consequences. Based on the complaints on this site - it’s evident that Simba is a company that cares nothing except the sales they receive from the consumers. Be Alert with Simba Products - They seem to run away from their Problems instead of facing them....
