Broken promises on product and communication

I bought a packet of frittos a few weeks ago only to find the contents were completely pale no flavour whatsoever. I sent an email to the customer service department with pictures only to be called 3 days later and be **** to.The gentleman I spoke to did even acknowledge anything only took my address details and said they will be sending further correspondence within 14 working days.guess what its been 20 working days.more than anything I'm bothered by the way this was handled.
