Bad Simba chips

on 20 april I bought a pack of the new Shisanyama flavour potato chips they did not taste right. I contacted them by email to inform them of the unfortunate experiance. they responded to my email and said that their customer care department would contact me. To date they have not done so maybe they are just too big to care about customer satisfaction.
