BAD SERVICE !!!!!

I found a foreign object in my packet of crisps and reported this on Friday. Was assisted and promised that the product would be collected on Monday, Long story short - followed up on Tuesday 15h30 to hear when they will be collecting and dealt with by far the rudest person Thabani - I am all for good service but with her I had to repeat myself countless times, she raised her voice at me until I hung up because WOW! Anyway - with the ****py service that I have received from Simba I will never buy any product!!!
