Bad quality product & feedback

I have recently lodged a complaint directly with Simba, regarding a product purchase that was not of good quality. I purchased a few packets of lays chips as these are one of my family's favourites, only to be disappointed by what was inside. I normally find one or two chips that has a dark brown/black spot on it, but instead i found that 80% of the chips are brown in colour. I have received an acknowledgement email requesting my contact details, but have not received a call or email ever since. it's been two weeks.<br> I'm not one to complain but i do know that good customer service is vital!<br>
