Bad product and bad service

I love simna tomatoe sauce flavoured chips. I have purchaed 6 packs of the 120g packets over the last 2 weeks. I have just wasted my money and time as the chips were not flavoured at all. They were whitein color no red flavoring but I ate them. I bought my last 2 packets last night at kara glen spar and again total disappointment. When i phoned to complain i was asked if i had kept the packets or proof of purchase. Really. Why would i lie about the packets that i bought. I just opened the last packet and again total disappointment. I am 57 not 7 why would i say i had bought them if i did not. I do admit to eating them but that was utter desperation as i was not running up and down to shops. So you can do or believe what you want but i am truly disgusted at the product and service.
