Bad customers service

I did some shopping in April and bought a few bags of chip one of the was old but the BB was only for the 21 July 2021 but i only open the bag of chips around about the 15 may. after inbox them on Facebook explain what had happened they called me for more information also took there own time only responding after 3 days and i was explained how this will work that they will collect the bag from me for test and that happened on the 25 may after testing it will take 14days to let me what had happened

Up till now 30 june i dont know what goin on simba is not answering my message on Facebook bad customers service
