Bad customer service!!!!!!!!

My name is Veruska Swiegelaar. I am new in Despatch, Port Elizabeth and then this happens!

I have tried to log a compaint on the website, but it does not want to accept my complaint.

I bought 2 packets of Doritos Sweet Chilli Pepper Flavoured Corn Chips on the 24th of February 2024 at Despatch Super Spar.

I opened the one to find that there is no flavouring on the chips and tastes like nothing. This is my favourite chips. I then opened the other packet aswell, and the same thing - no flavour!! This is not acceptable!

Somebody from Simba called me on Tuesday 27 February 2024 at 15:03 - from the number ***. They said that I should send a whatsapp with pictures of the packets and all of it details to ***. I sent them on the 27 February 2024 at 18:26 when I got home. On Wednesday the messages was read and no reply. On Wednesday 28 February 2024 I even sent one that said "Helloo" at 10:04. That message was read aswell, with no reply. This morning at 07:50 on Thursday 28 February 2024 I sent a message aswell "I thought that I was supposed to send my stuff and I will get feedback on what to do". I see that they are always online, reads the messages, but do not reply!

I have the 2 packets of chips with the receipt.

What can we do about this inconvenience? I have always supported Simba and their different flavours and kind of chips.

I think that this is very bad customer service and not fair towards a loyal customer!!!
