Bad Customer service

I bought Cheetos assorted baler (50x16kg) from Makro 17th November 2018. The school closed and my daughter had to fly to Eastern Cape as she will use the cheetos in January 2019 once schools re opened. Yes she used them in January for school snack. One Saturday when i was home i took one packet and eat it when done i checked the container and guess what it was expired in October 2018. Unfortunately i did not have the makro slip then i called Simba direct and report the matter and i was given a ref no 19-02-181. Simba told me that they wil post a voucher yes i received the voucher after 2 months amounting R20.00. REALLY!!!!! These doesnt amount the R20,00. I refuse to take since i never bought them with R20,00. I have the expired Cheetos simba can have them back including their R20,00 voucher
